Karima Karkori (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based director and creative.

She currently leads Social Media and Marketing at Locket, where she focuses on building viral, story-driven growth.

She recently assistant-directed Once Upon a Mattress on Broadway, associate-directed the world premiere of The Reservoir at Geffen Playhouse, and produced the international debut of All Things Considered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Karima was the inaugural Directing Apprentice for New York City Center Encores! and has worked with institutions including American Conservatory Theater, Goodspeed Opera House, and UCLA. She co-produced the short film JUNE, which premiered at LA Shorts International Film Festival and screened at festivals nationwide.

Her work spans theater and digital media, with a focus on accessible storytelling and amplifying underrepresented voices.
